Working in business for over 25 years, Jag’s strong entrepreneurial drive has seen him transition from senior management roles and business ownership to Partner and Owner of Venn Financial Group.

Jag’s experience in hospitality management and owning a small business taught him the importance of good customer service, a skill that has transcended into his accounting career.

After university, Jag moved into an accounting position with one of Australia’s top 10 largest accounting firms where he grew his skills, training and education working with small and medium businesses throughout Australia.

In 2020, Jag co-founded Venn Financial Group to provide holistic accounting, brokerage and business advisory services for small and medium businesses.

Combining his years of experience as an accountant with excellent customer service, Jag provides small to medium-sized businesses with expertise in taxation accounting and business advisory.

A team player driven by achieving excellent financial results, Jag provides tailored, holistic plans and long-term financial strategies for every client.

With experience in management and operations roles and as an Agribusiness Executive at one of the Big 4 banks managing portfolios for small to large agribusinesses in South West Queensland, Chris brings extensive experience as a Finance & Mortgage Broker to Venn Financial Group. 

Joining the team as a Partner in 2021, Chris brings his corporate and commercial banking experience to Venn Financial Group, delivering long-term, holistic financial and mortgage services to all of his clients. 

Specialising in optimising finance structures for small and medium businesses, agricultural clients, first home buyers and clients looking to expand investment portfolios, Chris strategises custom, bespoke finance solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. 

Outside of work, Chris has a keen interest in all things IT. His affinity for emerging technologies saw Chris as an early adopter of cryptocurrency, leading to his expertise in managing specialist accounts for cryptocurrencies.

Chris strives to help clients find solutions that save them money and support businesses in their growth phases. He gets the most satisfaction out of making people's lives easier by supporting their transition to a better financial position.

With over 10 years of experience in corporate and commercial banking, Uziel brings a wealth of experience to the Venn Financial Group team. 

Uziel’s background as a Credit Analyst and Relationship Executive at one of the Big 4 banks in Toowoomba refined his experience working with a variety of clients, from small to large businesses, and everything in between. 

Joining the Venn Financial Group team in 2021 as a Partner, Uziel works with small to medium enterprises and emerging corporates to better their financial position and achieve their goals. By taking the time to get to know his clients, Uziel is dedicated to improving his client’s financial success with holistic, custom solutions. 

Uziel specialises in navigating business and super fund loans, unsecured finance, equipment lending, home loans, agri lending, and development funding on his client’s behalf. 

With access to a variety of lenders and drawing on his corporate and commercial banking experience, Uziel compares a variety of financial options to find his clients a solution that best fits their financial requirements, and forms a good relationship in conjunction with the Banker, ensuring future needs can also be met.
